Chelsea Grin set off on part two of their North American Eternal Nightmare Tour with one of the heaviest lineups of the season and landed themselves at the Worcester Palladium on Wednesday, November 20th.
The first night of the month long tour took place on Halloween night in Chelsea Grin’s hometown of Salt Lake City, Utah. This tour celebrates Grin’s release of their fourth studio album Eternal Nightmare released this past July and is the first album featuring their new vocalist, Tom Barber.
This tour package hosts a brutal array of deathcore legends, most of which are celebrating recent releases. Spite promoted the title track of their newest album titled The Root of All Evil which was released on the fourth of October this year. Left Behind’s new album “No One Goes to Heaven” followed their their latest single “Peeling Wax” featuring Matt Honeycutt of Kublai Khan. Traitors released a single “DWELL” in 2018 which prefaced their latest album titled “Repent” released on the 25th of Februrary this year. Western Mass deathcore The Acacia Strain does not celebrate any recent releases on this tour, but guitarist Tom Smith teased via Twitter that a new album is in the works and is expected to be released sometime during the first half of 2020.
